Marie Kluttz to Chair Corporate Campaign

Marie Kluttz, co-owner of Frames and Art By Kluttz, has agreed to chair the corporate campaign for the arts council’s annual fund drive.  The campaign will officially kick off in October, and Kluttz is already making plans.  “We are so pleased that Marie will lead the charge this year. She has a real working knowledge of our community as well as a wonderful track record in fundraising,” said Sara Heiser, President of the arts council.

Kluttz’s accomplishments include serving as the chairperson for the NorthEast Medical Center Foundation Fashion Benefit, chair elect for the Cabarrus Chamber of Commerce, board chair of the United Way of Central Carolinas, and campaign chair for the United Way. Her professional experience in community banking and running a business is balanced by her talent as a nature photographer.

“I am honored and excited to be selected as the Cabarrus Arts Council’s Corporate Fundraising Chairperson,” she said.  “The work that the council is doing is so important for our community that I want to be a part of it!”
