Directions and ParkingParking Garage 2019 B

From I-85, take exit 58 toward Monroe/Concord. Go 1 mile, merge slightly to the left onto Church Street. Turn right onto Corban Avenue, then right onto Union Street (pending construction access). The Cabarrus Arts Council is on the left in front of the new Cabarrus County Courthouse.

We recommend parking in the Cabarrus County Parking Deck – a 614 space deck that includes 13 accessible spaces. It’s located at the corner of Corban Avenue SW and Spring Street SW. There is also a second Municipal Parking deck located at 28 Cabarrus Ave W, only a few short blocks north of the Cabarrus Arts Council. Short-term parking is available in certain unreserved spots in the Bicentennial Lot with access from Church Street, behind Benny DiCorso’s Pizza, though time limits are strictly enforced by the city.

Do not park in the numbered spaces in the Bicentennial Plaza or in the “What-a-Burger” parking lot. Towing is strictly enforced.

Accessible parking is available in the parking deck and lots, and along Union Street. Guests may also prefer to park temporarily in front of the building to unload passengers who require special assistance.  Please use car flashers when doing so.
